STARTING IN THE NEW YEAR
Mary Wanless is an internationally renowned coach, and is the author of the Ride With Your Mind books. She coaches riders at all levels, from relative novices to two of the top 12 US dressage riders, and some of the Canadian Eventing Squad. She has B.Sc. Degrees in both Physics and Applied Sports Coaching, and holds the BHSI certificate.
Ali is a fully certified RWYM™ coach trained by the world renowned coach and author Mary Wanless. Ali has also undertaken extensive training in the methods of Dr Andrew Mclean (Australian Equine Behaviour Centre ‐ www.aebc.com.au) which she has developed in to her own Groundwork system under the title of Equine Learning Theory. She is a BHS AI and has a Diploma in Sports Psychology.
Peter has been riding, teaching and learning dressage for over 25 years, and is the author of Master Dressage, now available as a 2nd Edition, and co-author of Master Dressage; The Basics.
In the 15 years he has been at East Soley EC2000 he has judged and taught combined, some 9,000 riders competing at intro to elementary level and beyond.
Ali Byrne has been working in the horse industry for over 30 years coaching and training horses and riders of all standards. Ali has studied with the European Shiatsu School and is qualified in human and equine Shiatsu therapy. Ali holds the BHSII certificate, is a UK CC Level 3 coach and holds a certificate in the Human Back Rub.

My training with the Cadre Noir, and my experience producing horses from foal to ‐ at the moment Inter I ‐ potential Grand Prix means I can equip riders to be the trainers of their own horses. Working with correct mechanisations of both bodies, produces natural, free expressive movements for dressage.
Karin Major is a BHSAI, RWYM Coach and Feldenkrais (Movement) Teacher.
She is the resident instructor and owner of the riding school business
at Overdale Equestrian Centre. Karin has been working with Mary Wanless
since 2000 and has been based at Overdale EC since 2004.
Karin's main
aim is to help people to improve the quality of their riding, (and the
quality of their horses lives), their sporting performances and the
quality of their lives in general.
