Kirstin has been over-correcting since the last session with Ali, and has a tendency to twist as well as not ‘stay on the rails’.

They work on keeping the ‘box’ of Kirstin’s torso square and not letting the twist happen on a circle, then test it by changing the rein on the long diagonal. Ali explains George’s attempts to back off and become ‘heavy’, points out the signals before it happens and gives the answer to the signal which is ‘Go’!
