3. Product Information
We make every effort to only offer for sale merchandise sizes and colours which are in stock. You will be notified if a colour or size is not available. We may accept back orders knowing that additional stock will be delivered to us within a short period of time. We are usually unable to source items from previous seasons.

All items will be sent with appropriate packaging.
4. Orders
When your order is accepted a contract between you and Dressage Training TV will only be formed once we have dispatched the goods you have ordered and not before. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Dressage Training TV or may be cancelled by you.
Right to Cancel, Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
Should you wish to return goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing by post to: Evergood Equestrian Association, Unit 1, Home Farm, Welford, Berkshire, RG20 8HR or by email to support@dressagetraining.tv within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are legally obliged not to use the goods or services and to take care of them so that they return in a saleable condition back to us. Goods must be returned to us with 21 days of your cancellation notice. If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and a new contract will be made. At this point you will be invoiced and re-charged for the order at the original sale price.
Refunds of Faulty Items
On very rare occasions that items may be sent out which are faulty, we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible, either in the form of a refund or exchange on receipt of the returned goods. For faulty items or items sent in error your return postage will be reimbursed up to a value of £5.00. If the cost of returning the item is greater than this we can arrange a courier collection for the cost of £8.00 (UK Mainland only) if required, otherwise we recommend using the second class recorded option from your local Post Office. Please contact support@dressagetraining.tv for customers outside of the UK.
Once we have received returned goods we will email you to advise how we will proceed. Due to Health and Safety reasons will are unable to accept your return if it is sent back soiled.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Returns Outside the UK and Northern Ireland
The cancellation rights set out above do not apply to customers living outside of the EU.
For non-EU customers, we hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied because they are mis-described or faulty, we will be happy to accept a return from you in accordance with the following policy.
You must contact us as soon as possible to explain your concerns and your wish to return the goods by email to support@dressagetraining.tv
If we reasonably agree with your concerns, we will confirm by email that you may return an item in its original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us within seven days of us sending you written confirmation. On receipt of the returned item and verification that your concerns are genuine, we will issue an internet credit note or item exchange subject to our discretion. Unless we specifically agree otherwise by email, we will not grant refunds on items received more than 14 days after we email you to confirm your return. We do not refund shipping charges.
5. Notices
All notices you send us must be sent to support@dressagetraining.tv or in writing to Evergood Equestrian Association, Unit 1 Manor Farm, Welford, Berkshire, RG20 8HR. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email above.
6. Conclusion
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
