Our courses are aimed at riders of all levels, and are intended to be progressive. Mary Wanless, whose Ride With Your Mind ethos is the basis for our work, likes to use an alphabet analogy with training, we work from A to B to C and onwards, so if you are coming to Dressage Training TV with no knowledge of Ride With Your Mind, we advise starting at the beginning, even if you are riding or competing at higher level. This way all the 'building blocks' will be in place as you progress to more advanced movements.

If you are new to Dressage Training TV, we would suggest that your 'beginning' would be watching The Well Trained Horse, and The 'How' of Riding series. Once you have seen these, you'll have a good understanding of the basics, and from there you could begin your own training journey by enrolling (at no extra cost to members) on our Groundwork Certification Programme, working through the groundwork levels to ridden exercises with your horse, at your pace, with feedback on your progress from Ride With Your Mind Coach, Ali Wakelin. The Rider Biomechanics Certfication Programme would naturally follow on from the Groundwork Certification Programme, but you don't need to have finished the Groundwork Certification Programme in order to begin Rider Biomechanics.
